Catherine L. Bell, 96 died Tuesday, April 13, 2010 in Savannah.
She was a native of Yonkers, New York and lived in Savannah for the past 19 years. She retired from Burke and Parsons as a Legal Secretary.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Christine and Christopher Garten, of Newtown, Ohio, Christine, former Lower School Principal at Savannah Country Day School, son and daughter-in-law, John and Lucia Bell, of San Juan Capistrano, California, John, Attorney with Bisnar-Chase Law Firm in California, four grandchildren, Jessica Anne Garten, Andrew Bell, Caitlin Bell, and Kelsey Bell.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 22, 2010 at 4:00 p.m., at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel.
